Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee the company’s financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, prepare tax returns, and implement tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities. Audit Preparation: Coordinate and facilitate external audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and in compliance with auditing standards.
