Refund and cancellation policy has a refund and cancellation policy that is clear and easy to understand.
The company does not offer refunds for any service once it is completed. If the customer cancels the order before the freelancer starts working on it, then they will be eligible for a refund.

In case the client needs to cancel their order, they will be able to do so without any penalty or charge. They can also get a full refund if they have not yet received their final report from the freelancer. If the order has been completed, then the client will only be able to get a partial refund of 50% of what they paid for the order.

The refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Client can cancel the order at any time before work has started.
  • Client can cancel the order once work has started, but not after project completion.
  • Freelancers will be paid for all completed work, but will not be paid for any work that was cancelled by the client.
